As instructed, Gemma Hill posed for a picture in her undergarments but instead of keeping it to herself, she sent it to her trainer.
A UK mother is kicking herself after making things super awkward between her and her fitness trainer following a hilarious communication mix-up. Gemma Hill took to TikTok to confess that she might have to continue her fitness journey elsewhere after making an embarrassing blunder. Hill, a radio presenter at Heart West Midland, began by explaining how her new personal trainer had asked her to click "before" and "after" pictures in her underwear, without holding her breathe or looking for good angles. Basically, he wanted her to "be honest" about her figure so that it served as a good starting point for her to compare her progress.
As instructed, Hill posed for the pictures in her undergarments and went on to send them to her trainer. The response she received left the mother completely mortified with awkwardness, reports Mirror. A screenshot of the now-viral text exchange was shared in her clip, which took place after she sent her underwear pictures to him. "Hey, sorry Gem I meant take photos for yourself not to send to me. So you can check out your progress," explained the man. Hill was naturally left red-faced after his response. "OMG I'm so sorry. What a t**t I thought I was meant to send them to you. How embarrassing. I'm so sorry," she explained after realizing her blunder.

Her trainer went on to explain how he never asks any of his clients to send him pictures of themselves in their underwear. "No lol I don't ask clients to send me pictures in underwear," he said making things clear. The trainer then went on to reveal how things were at his end after Hill sent him her pictures. "I was eating dinner with my girl she's quizzing me 'who is this chick,'" he added. Immediately after she posted this embarrassing situation on TikTok, it garnered the attention of thousand. There were some people who were even left "crying" with laughter after watching the video, which was captioned, "How do I go back" with a despair-faced emoji.
"Sorry but that's so funny..." expressed one, noting her hilarious mistake following the miscommunication. Another aptly described it, "Second hand embarrassment for you."
That being said, not all viewers were there to just laugh and ridicule the exchange. Some helped put Hill out of her misery by assuring her that the mistake was an easy one to make. "My PT told me to take pics but said do not send me them so I'm assuming others have before..." shared one user. Another wrote, "Don't worry I probably would have thought the same! I would have assumed the PT had a before and after board or website or something!"
