The victim of the accident chose to peacefully end the matter, which otherwise could have turned quite ugly.
Road accidents and subsequent brawls are a common sight across the globe. People fight with each other even for the slightest bump to their vehicle. Maybe that's why a man's kind reaction to a woman hitting him with her car has left everyone stunned.
What unfolded during a recent accident is not something we see normally. The victim of the accident reportedly walked up to the person who hit him and offered the visibly shaken woman a hug. He chose to peacefully end the matter, which otherwise could have turned quite ugly.
A video that recently went viral shows the dramatic moment when a biker who collided with a car falls off his vehicle but thankfully gets right back up. He then makes his way to the woman driver who steps out of her vehicle and looks at him in horror. The biker then embraces her to help calm her and it's one of the most wholesome moments caught on camera. "Hey, don't cry, shit happens. You're alright, I'm alright," his muffled voice could be heard as he spoke to the driver.
The clip was reportedly shared by the Instagram page Good News movement (and later on Reddit) along with the caption, "This guy was just hit by a car while riding his motorcycle. In one of the most incredible displays of kindness I’ve witnessed, rather than freak out at the driver, his first instinct was to go over and console the young woman who was visibly shaken from the experience."
Social media users were in awe of the man who decided to choose kindness over aggression. "The driver must have been in shock too and really scared. Hope the guy didn’t get any serious injuries. Bless both of them. 🙏🏼🙏🏼🙏🏼," wrote one user on Instagram. "She’s scared thanks God he hugged her don’t nobody wanna ever be in that predicament 😍😍," expressed another. "Imagine if everyone in the world was as calm, controlled and considerate as that motorcycle guy. We would literally live in perpetual peace ❤️," a third chimed in.
There were others who shared similar instances which helped prove that humanity's not dead after all. "A few days ago I saw a teenage boy hit a car driven by a 60-something-year-old woman. He was very young and very upset. While they waited for the police I saw her hug him and it was like watching an embrace from a mom," shared a user.
